This exquisite coffee hails from the Bena region in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea, where it is cultivated at altitudes ranging from 1400 to 1900 meters above sea level. The unique combination of altitude, climate, and soil conditions creates the ideal environment for producing coffee beans with exceptional flavour profiles.
PNG PNG is processed using the washed method. A technique involves pulping the coffee cherries, fermenting them, and washing them thoroughly to remove any remaining impurities. The beans are then sun-dried, allowing the flavours to develop and intensify.
