Grown in the highland village of Aricha, at 1,930 meters above sea level, this lot comes from the hands of Yemiru, a producer whose cherries reflect the kind of clarity only Yirgacheffe can offer. With heirloom varietals and careful natural processing, this coffee blooms with energy, lightness, and a touch of the unexpected.
The cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness, then sun-dried on raised beds for several weeks. This slow, natural drying process lets the fruit's full character soak into the seed, bringing out a vivid expression in the final cup.
This coffee bursts open with a bright floral character. Think Lavender drifting on warm air. Then comes a zing of Lime, sharp and refreshing, followed by the delicate florality of Hibiscus. It’s vibrant yet elegant, like sipping from a garden at its peak.
