As part of the Terpadu Coffee Collective Project, this coffee represents a slow and steady journey toward sustainability. The project brings together farmers and processors across West Java, working together to improve both quality and quantity with every harvest.

For this coffee, ripe cherries are first placed inside a freezer for 72 hours. The cold temperature slows down natural activity, locking in sweetness and aroma. After freezing, the cherries are placed in sealed tanks for 24 to 48 hours of anaerobic fermentation, then laid out on raised drying beds in the sun. Each step adds depth and clarity to the flavor while preserving the fruit's structure.

The result is a cup with a subtle hint of Banana and bright creamy Yogurt. It feels smooth, fresh, and delicate. This coffee delivers a gentle balance of fruitiness and lactic acidity.
