Black Panthera of Leuser hails from the rugged highlands of Aceh, Indonesia. The dedicated farmers meticulously harvest ripe coffee cherries grown at high altitudes, which results in unique characteristics, and thanks to the harmonious blend of Abyssinia, Bourbon, and P88 varieties.
This coffee showcases the nuanced flavours of the Anoxic Natural process. Hand-sorted cherries underwent an initial 4-day anaerobic fermentation to promote the development of anthocyanin enzymes within the pulp. Following the pulping process, the coffee underwent a second 4-day anaerobic fermentation stage to refine its complexity further. Finally, meticulous drying is done, resulting in a coffee with a layered and sweet character.
Each sip reveals deep notes of Blackberry, and a delicate sweetness reminiscent of Longan and Snakefruit. This intricate blend of flavours creates an unforgettable coffee experience for you.
