Yellow Bourberica

This coffee comes from a rare union of two species, Arabica and Liberica. It starts with a Yellow Bourbon Arabica rootstock grown from seeds that are selected and germinated in our processor’s Garut farm in West Java. Onto this foundation, they grafted Liberica branches in a bold in-house experiment that exceeded every expectation. The result is coffee cherries that blend Arabica’s sweetness and clarity with Liberica’s deep, expressive aromatics.
In the cup, it opens with the juicy sweetness of Christmas Pears, followed by a cooling lift of Mint and Eucalyptus. Hint of Turmeric spice emerges through the finish, lending the cup a warm, aromatic depth that lingers softly and refreshingly.
