Grown at 2,019 meters above sea level, this heirloom variety thrives in cool highland air and nutrient-rich volcanic soil. These natural conditions slow down cherry maturation, allowing sugars and flavours to develop more fully.
Through the natural process, ripe cherries are handpicked and dried whole on raised beds under the sun. Over time, the fruit's sugars concentrate, giving the cup a vibrant yet calm personality.
From the first sip, you’ll taste a gentle brightness. This coffee opens with the soft citrusy aroma of Earl Grey. On the palate, it carries the crisp sweetness of Pear followed by a gentle, lingering note of Blueberry. The finish is light, clean, and silky.
