Siko Village 2250

Orange, Lavender, Berries

What’s with the naming of this coffee, you ask? Nope, it’s not a video game-inspired name (something 2077). We named this coffee after the washing station’s name, Siko, and the farm’s altitude, at 2250 MASL. At this height, with fertile soil and abundant rainfall at Guji, Ethiopia, this coffee thrives and results in remarkable flavours.

The journey of these coffee beans begins with cherries picked by hand and carefully sorted. They rest in water for a day or two, bringing out their best flavour. After that, they're washed clean, and the best ones sink, showing their quality. Following a good soak, they sun-dried slowly for about two weeks. Finally, each bean is sorted by hand, ensuring only perfect ones make it to your cup.

The combination of passion, dedication, and quality leads to amazing coffee. Great delivery of Orange, also notes of Lavender and Berries added a well-balanced flavour and a mild, smooth, medium body. If you are looking for a soft and mellow daily drinking coffee, this coffee will be a perfect treasure!
