Perched in the lush, mountainous terrain of the Colombian Massif in Huila, Finca Santa Barbara reflects the dedication and vision of producer Jhon Samboni, who acquired the farm in 2019. This coffee embodies harmony in the environment and craft. Handpicked at peak ripeness, the red cherries are slowly dried on marquesinas, rooftop parabolic beds, and carefully raked by Jhon himself to ensure an even drying. This semi-washed-process Gesha brings out a unique flavour profile with vibrant notes of Lavender, elegant Grape fruitiness, and a hint of Mint that dance pleasantly on your palate.
