In the pursuit of crafting the perfect ibrik experience, Pierre found a void: a cup that met all technical requirements while embodying a modern aesthetic. Ibrik, or cezve, is often linked to traditional equipment, shapes, and designs. However, Pierre's extensive experimentation with this method revealed its potential for exceptional and invigorating results. He sought to create a cup that would unlock this potential for everyone, inviting them to explore the world of specialty ibrik.
Pierre approached Loveramics with this challenging vision: to design a modern, specialty-driven ibrik cup. By skillfully manipulating the cup's shape, thickness, and aesthetics, Loveramics successfully added a new dimension to the taste of modern ibrik coffee. The result? A thick walls that help to absorb part of the heat quickly.
About the Designer: Pierre is the World Champion of Cezve / Ibrik Championship by WBC in 2023. In addition, he has 2 times brewers cup champ, 1 time aeropress champ & Q arabica grader. Passionate about quality, sensory and origin. Currently, he lives in Paris and is Head of coffee in a specialty coffee roastery.
