Mango, Avocado, Green Apple

Sunda Mangga hails from Bukit Tunggul, nestled in the highlands of Bandung Utara, West Java. The dedicated farmers meticulously harvest ripe coffee cherries grown at altitudes ranging from 1350 to 1600 meters above sea level. This coffee acquires unique characteristics thanks to the harmonious blend of Sigarar Utang, Lini S-795, and Ateng varieties.

This coffee showcases the nuanced flavours of the Honey process. Hand-sorted cherries underwent a precise 4-day anaerobic fermentation in controlled tanks. Following this, the cherries were pulped, and the parchment was carefully dried in an open greenhouse for 12 hours to preserve the delicate mucilage. Finally, meticulous sun drying continued until the moisture content reached a precise 11%, resulting in a coffee with a medium-sweet character.

This coffee, carefully processed to accentuate its natural qualities, offers a remarkably bright and vibrant cup. Each sip reveals bright notes of MANGO, a subtle buttery flavour reminiscent of AVOCADO, and a refreshing acidity akin to GREEN APPLE. This intricate blend of flavours creates an unforgettable coffee experience.
