Stonefruit, Pinapple, Long and Sweet aftertaste
From the highlands of Bener Meriah, Aceh, this lot brings together Bourbon, Ateng Super, and Abyssinia varietals grown at 1,700 meters above sea level. The cool climate and fertile soils of Gayo Highlands provide the ideal conditions for slow cherry maturation, allowing sugars to fully develop.
Harvest begins with selective handpicking, ensuring only ripe cherries make it through. These are then carefully laid on raised beds to dry under the natural sun, with regular turning and sorting to achieve balance and consistency. The natural process enhances the fruit-forward character and depth of sweetness.
In the cup, expect layers of ripe Stonefruit and bright Pineapple, unfolding into a long and sweet aftertaste. A lively and tropical expression of Aceh’s celebrated terroir.
