Perched in the remote Southwestern highlands of Ethiopia within the Gesha Karmach region, the Karmachi farm has focused on the native Gori-Gesha cultivar since its founding in 2019. This coffee reflects a profound dedication to the land's heritage and the precision of modern processing. The cherries undergo a rigorous 96-hour anaerobic fermentation, then are moved to shaded African raised beds for a slow-drying period of up to 30 days to ensure they absorb as much flavour as possible. This Natural Anaerobic Slow Dry Gesha brings out a unique flavour profile with elegant notes of Jasmine, vibrant Guava fruitiness, and a rich sweetness of Maple Syrup, complemented by refreshing Watermelon that lingers pleasantly on your palate.
