If you ask us about floral coffee, Ethiopia will be the first on our minds. No matter what, an intense floral aroma will always surprise you. The lingering flowery notes and sweetness make it so distinct from other origins. That’s why it’s so difficult to find Ethiopian coffee haters.

This coffee is wash-processed, which Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, pioneered in the 1970s. The process results in a consistent flavour from batch to batch. Ripe cherries are hand-picked, hand-sorted, then soaked in giant water vats. Once they are clean, the parchment is then dried in African beds (raised tables) for 14 days.

Thanks to the variety, Ethiopian Heirloom, which is a myriad of local native Typica hybrids and new improved varieties based on the old strains. This coffee delivers a delicate, flowery profile and calm sweetness. When you brew it, Jasmine will be the first aroma that you will find in this coffee. After that, a calming aromatic Green Tea aroma and Sugarcane sweetness will come together. This coffee has all the beautiful things that we can’t ignore.
