In sensory lexicon, strawberry flavor described as "The somewhat sweet, slighty sour, floral, fruity, frequently winey aromatic associated with strawberry." Other than its sweet character, it has also a little bit of sourness, floral and fruity fragrance, also a little bit winey. That unique characteristics inspired us to make this blend.
