Shop Coffee - Single Origin
If we talk about African Coffee, usually it will always be about Ethiopian, Kenyan, Burundi or Rwanda Coffee. These four regions, especially Ethiopia and Kenya is the one who set the benchmark for African Coffee. But, what if we try another country located not far from these countries?
Uganda, located in the middle of Ethiopia, Kenya, Burudi, Rwanda and Tanzania has a this weird and somewhat appealing mixture of Kenyan and Ethiopian Coffee. Maybe it's the Scott's Lab (SL) variety? Or maye origin? We never know. But what we know is this coffee has a new spectrum of taste to our palate.
Processed naturally, this coffee has a very clear STRAWBERRY and ELDERFLOWER sweetness start from the aroma to flavour. Also you can smell ROSE WATER, WILD GRAPE, APPLE and SWEET CHOCOLATE when it's dry or wet. When it cools down a little bit, the tartiness of MATCHA starts to show.
This coffee will give you a new experience especially if you are a fan of African Coffee. Try it.
