This coffee originated from Refisa, a washing station nestled amidst the lush landscape of West Arsi, where dedicated farmers meticulously harvest ripe coffee cherries. These cherries blend the Wolisho and Kurume cultivars, renowned for their vibrant flavor profiles. The high altitude, at 1950 meters above sea level, allows the cherries to mature slowly, enriching them with complex flavors.

Process-wise, meticulous hand-selection is done ensuring only the ripest cherries are chosen. After that, the cherries are pulped before they are fermented for 48 hours. Following this, a thorough washing and density grading ensure only the finest quality pieces remain. Finally, cherries were laid out on raised beds to dry for 10 days.

This coffee is a captivating symphony of citrus and floral notes. Imagine a burst of juicy mandarin orange dancing with hints of fragrant hibiscus and sweet berries. It's a truly captivating experience that embodies the essence of exceptional Ethiopian coffee.
