Do you know, more than 90% Kenyan coffee is Fully Washed process. What about 10% remain? They processed it Natural. It’s so rare to have Kenyan coffee with natural processed. So, we don’t think twice when Nordic Approach come with special offer about Kenyan natural. The first time we cup it, we agreed our choice is right. It is well balanced with heavy purple fruit and mature red berries like raspberry.
The coffee come from Endebess Estate, a small town in Trans-Nzoia County, Kenya. It’s grown at 1600 – 1800 MASL with 20.5°C temperatures, make the cherry ripped slowly and give more sweetness. Right after harvesting, the cherries are then dried between 21 and 35 days.
We never thought Kenyan coffee can be so complex when it processed natural. It gives us another perspective about Kenyan coffee. We really want to share with you, just to make sure you get to taste how even the great Kenyans can be tutti-fruity.
