Buku Flower Bomb
Lavender | Apple Crumble | Orange
We love Ethiopian natural coffee. We love the fruitiness, sweetness, and floral aroma character that we easily get in Ethiopian natural coffee. This coffee is one of them.
This coffee comes from Buku, one of Ethiopia's highest-elevated coffee-growing areas with an altitude of 2,350 meters above sea level. It creates optimal conditions for stellar cup quality. The farm plots are scattered and the terrain is uneven, so farmers deliver cherries on horseback.
Ethiopian natural coffee retains a ton of fruit flavour and floral notes. Upon grinding, the dry fragrance is lavender, bergamot, and a hint of guava. At first sip, the mouthfeel is thick, more like an apple crumble. As it cools, it becomes juicier and we can taste gentle green apple and orange, and the floral notes turn into coffee blossom. Without a doubt, This coffee is like a little magic in the cup, a must-try for all Ethiopian coffee fans.
