We have to pay tribute to Ethiopian terroir that can produce unique, distinctive coffee flavor and is irreplaceable with other origins. This stunning coffee comes from Guji, which consistently delivered expressive and flavor intensive profiles. It has a special round of flavors on our cupping tables.
Comes from MB Coffee PLC station, which has a 72-hectare farm at an altitude of 1950 meters above sea level and the processing is spearheaded under the guidance Mill Manager, Berehane Asamenew. The ripest coffee cherries are hand picked then fermented in sealed plastic for 4 days and dried in African beds (raised tables) for 14 days. The varieties and the added fermentation step bring out the flavors of Ethiopian coffee; floral and fruity and give this coffee complex flavor, well balanced and good texture.
We specially roast this coffee to bring out sweet floral notes like ROSELLA, LAVENDER and vibrant APPLE and COFFEE CHERRY flavors, for a bright, juicy cup with an exciting complexity that can only come from this place in the world. It is sweet and satisfying!
