Shop Coffee - Limited Release
This coffee is our attempt to do unconventional processing: Anaerobic Full Wash process. It happened when we were in Lintong Nihuta, where almost every coffee was wet-hulled. Although nothing's wrong with wet-hulled coffee, the taste of the wet-hulled coffee from that particular origin just doesn't fit to our taste. But we saw potential in the coffee. Our prediction was that if this coffee was processed in other way, it can be an amazing coffee and turned out our prediction was right.
This coffee was special in the flavor and acidity. The flavor is so special you can't find in many coffees such as: Vanilla Powder, Cinnamon Roll, Milk Biscuit, White Chocolate, Granola. For the acidity, it is so unique it reminds us of Green Mango: something that you usually can only find in African coffee.
