Very Sweet, Complex and Clean Coffee
This coffee was processed with Double Fermentation, meaning the coffee was fermented twice to make sure the mucilage was completely consumed by the bacteria and yeast to produce very clean cup of coffee. It is a standard process in East Africa (Kenya, Burundi, Rwanda) and we try to apply it to Indonesian coffee and the result is very appealing.
