Pulu-Pulu Sweet Pistachio


This is our first time releasing coffee from Toraja. We cupped a lot of different lots from this region and found that these two coffee are the most outstanding: one is from Pulu-Pulu and one is from Asong.

Coffee from Toraja are famous for its wet hulled process, but this Pulu-pulu coffee, located in Northern part of Toraja, was processed Fully Washed to achieve its unique sweetness and cleanliness. That is why this coffee has distinct characteristics especially in the cleanliness.

You can find a very strong Pistachio aroma when it's dry, followed by Apricot, Tamarind and Green Apple when it's hot. When we sip it, it tasted like Cream and Tamarind, a very sweet coffee!
