Ethiopian never coase to amaze us, especially when it's perfectly roasted. This coffee from Bensa, Ethiopia is no exception. This coffee has a very complex and layered floral notes such as Jasmine, Chamomile, and Coffee Blossom in the aroma. When you drink it, you will realize this coffee is more than delicious.
The unique thing about this coffee is the variety, 74160. This variety is a selection produced by the Jimma research centre. It’s selected from wild plants in the Metu-Bishari forest in the Illubabor zone in Western Ethiopia. The 74160 variety is known to have very pronounced citrus and floral notes.
